Wendeline Goh started her real estate career 11 years ago. Today, she is appointed senior division director in ERA Realty and leads her own real estate group, Athena Division. More importantly, she has achieved consistent results for her clients over the years.

Having graduated from Heriot-Watt University with an honours degree in Civil Engineering, Wendeline worked in a multinational company in a managerial position for over 10 years, where she first developed her marketing and sales skillsets. These skill sets have since empowered her clients in their property needs after deciding to embark on an adventure into the real estate industry.

Observing that many of her property clients were clueless when it came to making the right property transactions, Wendeline formulated her very own sales & purchase framework, which is a comprehensive financial calculation and timeline planning system to empower her clients to progress from one house to another seamlessly.

Wendeline is also experienced in conducting property comparisons and market analysis. These have helped her clients to enter the correct purchase prices for their next home with equity protection and asset progression in mind. Her numerous client testimonials and her very own property investment journey are good testaments of her success in the real estate industry.

In 2022, she was awarded TOP 10 transactors in Singapore under Edgeprop excellence awards. This award affirms her clients’ trust in her competency to deliver their real estate needs and objectives.

Additionally, she also attained the Salesperson Achiever Award (Platinum category) awarded by the Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA), which recognises the efforts of individual salespersons for their stellar performance in achieving not just high standards in terms of sales transactions but also their professionalism and recognition in the industry by their clients.
